Helenka Wolska – Assessment Manager

Helenka Wolska introduces herself as she joins UK Fostering in the capacity of an Assessment Manager. With approximately 14 years of experience in fostering, Helenka’s professional journey began with training as a teacher. Throughout her career, she has held various roles including Regional Manager, Team Manager, Senior Practitioner, Independent Reviewing Officer, Panel Advisor, Quality Assurance Manager, and Form F Assessment Manager.

Beyond her professional achievements, Helenka shares a bit about her personal life. She is a mother to two boys, Joe and Tom, aged 28 and 25 respectively. Alongside her partner Paul, Helenka has expanded her family with the addition of a lively black labradoodle named Hugo, who is two years old but behaves like a six-month-old puppy.
